(一)留返d感情,博經濟反彈;(二)就乾手淨腳(一)喇,不過每人輪流放一星期,十個月之後所有人就曾經輪流放左一個月。一次過放一個月都得,睇下班人係咪想去旅行或者想秘撈喇。(最初放長假果位都驚係咪“借傢伊”第一個裁佢架)
我沒有CM兄的專業知識。但係,如果只有兩個選擇,計返大家「同撈同煲」的心態,係寧願放每一放一個月假囉……又,CM兄的建議真係唔錯架!一人放一個禮拜,輪流。又唔會撐唔住,公司效率應該仲KEEP 到。
